    Allergies are alright. Getting stressed out though....crazy, stupid contractors... :annoyed:

    Keep a food diary. Write down what you eat at each meal and then on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being the worst) rate how you feel a couple of hours after eating. And don't eat 3 hours or less before bed
