    Yeah, it sucks. But aside form the fact that the one light needs some major adjustment and the shields are doing some janky shit... The output is incredible compared to what I am used to.

    Looks like the drivers side needs to be rotated clockwise if you are in front of the housing looking at the projector.

    It is a PITA once everything is sealed up.

    You woll need to make the 4 mounting holes larger to do the rotation. Once you screw everything back down and are happy with the projected beam you will need to use a high temp sealant or JB Weld to ensure the projector does not move around once road vibration happens from normal use.

    I had the same problem with my first projector mount. Use the reflector fluting lines as a guide for horizontal placement of the reflector.

    When you have the headlight apart it would be a great time to fix the adjusting screws.

    Thanks all, yeah, I really should have gone with my original instinct on this one. All kinds of unsafe conditions everywhere, lousy attitudes from everyone in the place. I sat down with the shop foreman and just told him it wasn't for me. Oh well, I've got an interview set up for next Thursday with a larger company. Funny, I got in the truck when I left, turned on my phone, and the other company had left me a message. When I got home, Jodi gave me a high five.:D
