    10%? I always fill up at shell stations, their 89 is only 5%. usually run 91, which has no ethanol.

    The 89 here is 10% ethanol and is about $ .15 cheaper than 87 with no ethanol and $.30 cheaper than 91 with no ethanol.

    mid to upper 60's average speed on the highway. Some time was at around 70 to 73.

    thats why the speed limit shouldn't be over 65. Kills gas mileage.

    The speed limit is 65, 60,55,60 on my way into work. I set the cruise at 65 and call it good.

    speed limit here is 110kph (69mph), if you're not doing 120kph (75mph) you're getting pasted by every vehicle on the road.

    I"m right around normal for speed for people in the area.

    It would be amazing if everyone slowed it down around 65. I bet there would be a 5-10% decline gas demand

    Unless your trip is 2 hours or more, the 80 to 85 only gets you there a few minutes faster. Not worth it in my book. Not to mention constantly having to look for cops.
