    Need some advice here. Andrews school will not let him return because he needs a wheelchair. They want him to stay at home until he can use crutches or walk. Any thoughts on who governs this type of discrimination?

    They do have to be handicap accessible. My Mom works at a school and she says that they either have to let him in schools or provide a home tutor at their expense.
