    Selling a house is fucking :frusty:

    Inspection was done today, passed with flying colors except for one thing. Apparently we don't have a stub in for a bathroom like we thought. Now the buyer wants me to fork over the money. :frusty: Told them essentially to piss off because i'm already below my low mark.
