    i'd bet the passenger had a valid license

    the only thing I will do before pulling over for the police - sorry I don't trust anyone - is I will get on my cell and call 911 just to verify that there is an actual police officer trying to pull me over.

    There are too many "fakes" out there....

    there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with that

    just make sure you signal or put on your flashers to indicate you know he's back there and possibly move to a well lit public place such as a gas station

    we actually recommend people doing that
