    Our avionics troops do that every time they have a problem on the jet. "Recycled power" is a typical fix for them. When they actually have to look in to problems on the jet though all hell breaks loose. If they can't figure it out with 2-3 hours, my shop gets called out to teach them how to use a multimeter.
