    No, I'm at work.
    Gonna try like hell!
    3.7 V6. Seems pretty straight forward, just one "special tool to hold the timing chain n the crank when you unbolt it from the OHC.

    IT's got a nasty external oil leak on the drivers side. I am going to do both while I have it apart.

    he likes it...almost didn't make it into the AF at all. He originally wanted to be a mechanic but found out after he signed up that he is red/green color blind. Due to color coding on wiring etc that wasn't a possibility for him :laugh:

    THis is the third Liberty. The first one, I blew up, the second is my diesel and we got her this one on the cheap, just had the oil leak issue.

    I have to order the parts from RockAuto and the special tool from Ebay. Sometime in the next two weeks, I think.

    This is true. Don't forget the transmission that is being fixed on the diesel under warranty. This is why I stopped buying used cars back in '92.

    The repairs have not been that bad. I could have had the T-stat replaced under warranty, but it was easier for me to do it. The diesel has only cost me maintenance items, I changed every fluid in it a few weeks ago.
