    Some shopping... have to get some high pressure fuel line and a bracket :anonymous: then work in my back yard... going to get rid of my stump and hopefully dig up some bulbs to re-plant in another bed in the spring. And send out names

    Going well, transitioning into the leadership roll well I think. Got a $2/hr raise so I must be doing something right lol

    The labourer working with me is pissing me off though, stands around way too much and constantly asks 'what can I do now?' So I give him a few jobs and picks and chooses what to do or just wonders around the site.

    Yelled at him today (shouldn't have lost my temper but I was getting fed up). Asked him to cut headers for me, even gave him the list of sizes and what materials I needed and he still fucked them up, finally gave me them but his cuts were so crooked on a 2x10 that they were supposed to be 28" long. One was 27 3/4 and 27 1/8 at the end. Gave him stud lengths to cut for me and most of them ranged +/- 1/8 which is ok but he ended up cutting a bunch that were odd amounts short.
