    Why are you mad. Have you never tasted auto fluids to determine what they are? Coolant is kinda sweet, ATF a bit more bitter.

    ATF is usually more reddish, but ATF+4 (Mopar) really is pinkish, like Toyota coolant, although thicker. Dripping from an engine, one could mistake one for the other.

    I cannot remember what toyota ATF looks like, mostly as I never used it. I changed mine with Amsoil universal.

    OK, so we believe this to be coolant, even though no one has tasted it. You need to wash the engine and dry it off real god, then drive it on some dry roads. Then, look around for the source. you might need and inspection mirror.

    :eek: The soap was still soft, so I just made soap balls, instead of a bar. I like the one batch I made - used my wooden molds and it came out all nice and pretty. A friend said she uses the synthetic loaf pans, so I used them as well and they didn't come out as pretty :( Going to have to make a few more wooden molds.

    its too cold to wash it - the car washes here close when its below freezing

    just went down and checked and had a small puddle, few drops, on the ground. its slightly darker than the coolant straight from the jug but definitely lighter than the ATF. And not as oily feeling as the ATF. Plus I'm right at the high mark on the dipstick for the ATF

    check all of your hose connections for tightness and dripping. Just run your finger along the underside by the clamp and see if any are wet.
