    Hi Brady.

Curt, if it is your house, why would you and Gina need a place of your own?

It's mom's place. He just stays there and rented out the other half to Gina... I think you missed this part of it a few days ago?

Yep. I think I was lurking that day. I tend to do that a lot more than I used to.

It's not. It's mom's house. I moved in it 3 years ago, so she wouldn't have to sell it and move in with my oldest brother in Seattle. I took care of the bills. Then she got married and moved to Montana. I then rented it from her for $500 a month plus all of the expenses (utilities, tv, internet, hoa dues, etc.). She left the abusive douche she married and asked me to come up and help her load a moving van and move her back to AZ. She had no place to go, so we allowed her to stay her. BUt she's been gradually pushing us out. Dictates everything that goes on in the house. Told me that she doesnt' feel like she needs to contribute to the expenses since it's her house and we're getting such a good deal. Told me that she's not in any hurry to get her own vehicle since she drives ours and is running our utility bills up, but leaving lights on, house unlocked when she leaves and runs the heat non stop.

The atmosphere in my house has gone from a place of refuge from the real world and shit I deal with at work, to a place where I hardly say a word to mom anyore and hide in my room all day if I'm not out riding my Harley. She wants Gina out and for me to move back to the other side of the house again. I won't let Gina go out on her own. If she goes, I'm going with. If mom has to sell her house because she can't afford to stay in it, that's on her. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you.

This one was heavy into the ironman as well. The guy further down with the maroon one has the full lift with a 1/4" top plate to make it a full 2".

I know they do a LOT more of the Aussie vehicles, so maybe they do have it all right on the American?
