Sat on hold with them for 45 mins only to be told they can't tell me anything and that everything looks good

Hope so otherwise I may have to start selling stuff lol

 

5 am, power just came back on and woke me up. About a foot and a half on the ground and still snowing pretty good. House temp was down to 52.

Dave you are really getting pounded. Lucky to have the power come back on so quickly. Last night the news was saying if you lost power in New England you would probally not have it back on for a week.

It is 30 degrees here this morning and the wind was blowing last night. We dodged the bullet this time.

You should see all the NY'ers who abandoned their cars in 10" of snow. LOL
The news is jammed packed full of video of morons. I wouldn't be so harsh, but everyone had PLENTY of notice.

I miss it and I keep getting 1" at a time.

 

TV is saying we got around 30" at the closest city to me (Norwich). I'm getting ready to deal with the driveway, it doesn't look good from inside the house. Governor has got all roads closed in the state. I feel pretty lucky to have my power back, last time I lost power it was a week, and the weather was good back then! This is a bad storm, but it won't really give me problems. Hope my neighbors were ready.

I just saw the numbers on TV and MA has 1/2 million people without electric. CT has almost the same.
