    With 400 pics I would assume that there is a memory card installed.

    Your phone is a HTC Droid 6300
    Here are the steps.
    1. Touch the Menu key
    2. Touch Notifications
    3. Touch Charge only
    4. Touch Disc Drive
    5. Touch Done

    Now when you connect your phone to the PC the PC should see the phone. Have a folder ready to deposit the pictures into open in a partial screen. Have the phones media card folder with the pictures open in a partial screen. These screens are not the full monitor screen. Highlight the pics to move. Drag and drop them into the PC folder.

    Let me know if this does not work or if I am not saying it in a way you can understand. I have that problems at times. ;)
