Adam, suz, B. Kiddo doesn't want to be in his crib today. Only stops crying when laying with us.

Good thing I only work a few hours a day at the moment...

 

That doesn't sound encouraging....


Was watching extreme cheapskates last night and all I can say is

The one episode, they only flush the toilet ONCE a week, with water collected in the shower while washing clothes.

 

Brady, how's the lil guy doing? Did the docs say anything about the ultrasound issues you guys had? The short bones thing

 

DON'T DO IT!!!! Put him in his crib and let him fuss or you WILL REGRET it for years!!!!!!

Corbin has days like that. It seems to come and go.

 

You can tell his thighs are a bit short but it isn't anything I'm worried about. He's gaining weight like a champ. One week and a day and he gained 9oz's or so. We'll see what he is at the month mark.

If they are short, is there anything the doc's can do for him?

 

Today is the first day he has done it. It isn't a normal thing at all, don't worry. He really isn't a fussy kid... He gets it from me. I didn't cry a lot for the first year.

 

We have tried hard to make him sit in his crib, but at times you can only take so much fussing.

 

Nobody has said anything about them since he came out. He's a completely healthy baby.

 

They just built a show home for a subdivision they got. Asked us to come in and build the front entrance for it (deck, wheel chair ramp, stairs, roof). They put the 20' 6x6 posts in the ground already......one post is 19 3/4" from the wall, the other is 29 7/8" from the wall, the two posts furthest from the wall are 2" different and the widths apart are different. They didn't even centre the posts to the doorway so my part I have to build will be 10" off centre and will be noticeable since the entrance deck is only slightly bigger than the door.

Ok, just don't wanna hear you in a year or two "Levi won't sleep in his own bed, he HAS to sleep with us"

I must have been lucky.... Older son would fuss every night when put to bed - some nights for 15 minutes and others only one "waa" (until he was 18 mos old). Younger son only fussed occasionally at bed time.

 

Doesn't sound like an easy task...
