    I have planked em and not planked em. I see no diff in the way they turn out. I use the plate setter/diffuser and toss a chunk of wild Chery on there for some miled smoke falvor.

    I don't like a lot of salt either but I've learned to appreciate a little sea salt on a few foods. Salmon and asparagus especially
