I asked about the permits and the engineered drawings, I was told everything was good and we were 'recycling' what was there (was a previous show home for another company) to save money. I'm tired of having to deal with this other company

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
 So, I need to decide. Should I re-do the deck on my own with no decking skills... or should I have the contractor do it? I can do the decon and save a few bucks... If I had the ability to do the roof I would also.

Eh, I was actually planning on extending the deck a little more as well is the only problem. It also needs to be lagged to the house a lot better.

    :angrygirl:

She hits the same spot in the wall just about every time she lays down... her bed has been in that spot for probably 6 years. She hasn't got through the wall, just through the paint and drywall paper...

    I love 70ish temps, too.

    thanks

Roofs are "easy" Do you need to replace the boards or just the shingles??
