    I have awoken from my nightshift slumber. What cracken everyone? Nice 4 wheeler B! haha

    So remember how I bought new rotors and catch cans of a guy in the U.S.? Caught him with for sale threads opened a few days ago trying to resell all of the rotors. So I called him out on it, messaged all his previous customers from his for sale threads. A lot of complaints of: not as described, took forever to receive, or just plain didn't receive. So I opened a paypal dispute and escalated it to a claim investigation.

    Get an angry PM from him this morning saying the thread was for spare rotors he got in a "parts trade", the exact same rotors stock picture + price & same just barely used. Claims he shipped everything, and that if the parts don't arrive in the next few days (already been 3 weeks since he claimed to ship them, & 4+ weeks since I paid) that he will send me his spare set on his dime to make things right if I'm willing to close the paypal dispute.

    I told him to just refund me the money, and I will close the dispute. If he is telling the truth and the parts do arrive then I will just repay him the agreed price when I receive them. No sense in him wasting more money if he is being honest.. however unlikely that may be.
