    It is a big part of curb appeal which is directly related to how much the house is worth. If the bank is putting up a lot of money they care what it is worth.

    :eek: I'd go without for that... Ours are just 4" (maybe 6" - not sure) pipe straight down with a submersible pump. No tank, since it's just for the yard

    My new tv arrived today, but the wall mount won't work with it, unless I put the anchors in the dry wall.....

    Was going to look and see if I could find one where there are two arms, instead of one. So the mount comes back to the middle and isn't offset like the one I have now

    Do you have a link to the wall mount?

    You might want to use a 1'X4" board on the inside of the washer/dryer center to disperse the weight load across a larger surface.

    I get the curb appeal thing, but specifying sod is irresponsible and archaic. Sod/huge expanses of lawn in general are a waste (not only for irrigation, but also maintenance and fertilizers, weed killers, etc.) in places prone to historically variable or low rainfall unless you have an athletics ground or need a little for kids to play on. They should just say "landscaped" so you can put in native or drought-tolerant plantings, like buffalo grass, bunch grasses, ground cover starts, or even some saplings and some paths or other developed surface in gravel or DG.

    Fucking banks hate everybody and everything. Fucking cmack. What a douchebag.
