    Road workers, that sucks. The majority of the road workers here in KS are mexican while it's the American's who are in charge.

    That is the primary goal of the task force as of now

    It appears the fermentation got a little too vigorous, and the beer foamed up and clogged the blowoff valve. Eventually built up enough pressure to shoot it off.

    I saw it as I was about to leave for the airport. Made some calls and left.

    The task force, appropriately consisting of one engineer and one health, safety and environmental specialist, have rigged up some sort of bypass to allow excess beer volume to be vented to our other fermenter. Minimal beer loss. Cleanup initiating.

    Prompt reporting and investigation of this incident gives the company an opportunity to asses and needed changes which can be incorporated into future training thus helping insure the highest level of employee safety as well as doing everything possible to mitigate any chances of this incident happening again.

    20lbs down since you saw me. 2" in the waist. Noticeable difference in the face, chest and waist. Mother in law told me I was going to waste away.
