    My fall/winter project will be figuring out a garage plan. Need to start from scratch with zones, then specific tools/benches, then power and light....and then seeing if we have any money left after the new property tax bills show up....

    did you end up using hte F'ed up foundation? Got some redlines back for aome as built dims on a foundation and was working on the project today - some of hte walls were +/- 5" from what the original plans were :eek: Made me think of you. Can't wait 'til the calls start pouring in as they progress on the project and things are wrong.
