    Well the last guy told me an alignment was needed because the tires were wearing funny but it was like a 3 hour wait for it. Glad I didn't wait 3 houurs for them to discover the tie rod but pissed they didn't check when they saw the wear

    And I said I was gonna update with my news, so here it finally is! I did in fact buy a house out here in Willmar, MN. 2500 sqft, "2 car" garage that barely fits just my pickup and some other wares, 1.5 acres. Nothin super fancy, but it's plenty nice for me.

    I figure I'll have a shop do it as my friend is really busy right now plus I don't want to waste anotehr saturday doing hte work...I'd rather just drop it off on my way to work and be done with it.

    And yes, the balcony is a little sketch. i was gonna make them fix it, but I knew they would just throw a 2x4 across the lower area and call it good. It passed inspection though... Redoing the railing may be one of the few major projects I undertake on this house.
    Yeah... I perusing CL right now to see if I can't score one for a decent price. 2 stage for sure. There's still about 100ft of single vehicle width pavement behind me from where I was standing to take that picture. I even have a cute little shed! Perfect for the yard equipment.
