    now, soft shell crab and I don't get along very well... If I remember correctly, the legs were nice and crunchy, but the middle part made be puke into a trashcan... :eek:

    Made my wife sick first time she tried them ... Not much exposure to seafood for her growing up in Iowa. Even up here she only likes the Halibut and Shrimp ... Crab and Salmon she doesn't care for. That's ok, more for me. ;)
