Deal. Did I mention we were including L.A. as part of Norcal? We dont want that shite either.

If not lets throw it in the ocean.. although I'm pretty sure the ocean would throw it back.

OK home from work. Congrats on the new place Scott, looks like a fine place. Here is a shot of the exterior of the place we are looking at. I'm having a contractor pal look at the place Friday. I really don't know a lot about log homes, except most of the newer ones are kits with foam insulation between the logs. This one was built in 2005 so it should be fairly well insulated. Has central air, wood or pellet stove for really cold nights and a nice balcony over the living room. Sitting on a little over 4 acres.

Thanks, Dave. Of course, now I have to finish up a dozen small projects on the current place so I can sell it....

Cool cabin. And 4 acres. It sounds so...quiet. Nice and quiet.

    :woot: Awesome!

    Canadian!

Cute little place. 8 years is enough for the initial settling/shrinking to happen for the logs. I don't see a garage there? Where's the Taco gonna go?

:woot: congrats Dick. Time to start the baby making.

He's doing really well. It's awesome to see him learning to do things. Making noises and figuring out how to use his hands and feet.
