    It was way worse.

Funny, at one point, I told my wife I hoped it caught on fire.

My stepson's truck. I wanted him to get a 4Runner, he ended up with a 2001 Blazer.

Gonna visit the Cafe's:rasta:..and the Red Light district[IMG]

The Anne Frank house is well worth the time. Didn't do the Heineken Factory. Very easy to get around using the trams and walking. You should enjoy the city. Where in Germany will you be?

Be careful over there. Our Rector just cam back from there and she was mugged. The would be thief didn't knock her out and she was able to defend herself causing him to run away. There are DB's everywhere. ;)

 You know I really don't know ... Bought it Christmas same time I got my mini IPad. I rarely use the desktop any more. I got her the ext HD and I think our oldest, the computer tech, helped her transfer stuff. Our desktop has got to be 6 or 7 years old now. Our son has done some upgrades and keeps it straight for us, but I was worried it's gonna die soon and didn't want her to loose her pics. I need to check on that.

    Mornin' B.
My mid-shift schedule has me wide awake middle of the night again.

    Rob:
I have found that I can lead my wife to technology but I cannot make her use it. ;)

Funny thing is, she is a wiz at using all the features of MS word, Excel and Power point. If I need to do something fancy she is my goto for that. It is all good in the end.

Mine is the same way Tom, always complaining about the computer not doing what she wants(doesn't go through the proper steps), complains about the cable and remote not working:eek:...I don't have any issues. Smart as can be but technically challenged:laughing:

Funny about the remote, I purchased a Harmony One remote and all she needs to do is point it at the system and press one button. She still has problems with that after better than 2 years using the remote. Go figure. :notsure:

Actually not a button but a touchscreen.

 Morning Ken. Doing good. Great day with the kids yesterday, and weather held for decent grilling out conditions (by AK standards). Grandkids have been fighting slight colds this week, so Grandma and Mom nix'd the 6x6 ride idea. I guess I'm in a minority here thinking 20 degrees fahrenheit with some sun is "good to go." :notsure:

Connor, if you take in Neuschwanstein, do Linderhof (another of VonLudwig's castles--Summer home IIRC), both can be toured in the same day. If you have two days in that area, take in Cheimsee as well.

Fate is funny that way IMO. My wife has a lot of skills that balance my shortfalls too.

    And Good Morning Sir. ;)

Connor, I'm getting Germany flashbacks now ... Zugspitz is the highest peak in Bavarian Alps, tram will take to the top, beautiful views. We made three different trips to that area while we lived in the UK. I got sent there temporary duty a bit and we always managed to tag in some sort of mini vacations while I was working over there. ;)
