    Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
    I eat that good stuff all the time and my cholesterol has always been well below bad levels. My god cholesterol was 5x higher than the low mark.

    I won't trust the fda with what is good for me. They still say dairy and wheat are needed more than anything.

    Maybe you just have good genes :notsure: They also say salt is bad for blood pressure - my dad ate it by the pound and had low blood pressure and mom who used no salt had high blood pressure

    eat nothing but fast food/ junk food and then do something really physical and exert yourself. then eat all good, fresh foods and do the same activities afterward. you can really feel the difference then.
    I learned the hard way that when I'm out camping I need good food or my hiking and exploring really take a toll on my the next day.

    In all honesty, I'm probably the most easygoing person at every place I've ever worked. When I get my annual reviews they always start out with "everyone really enjoys working with you". Unfortunately it usually goes downhill from there:D. Here is a true story: I was told at one place where I worked that I was "too nice". I ended up leaving that job, and walked out with my head up. I can live with that. I hate to admit this, but I'm really just putting in the time at this point. My real career ended when Dow Chemical closed its doors in 2010.

    That sucks Dave. I have been there and done that. Just keep doing the best job you can and hold your head high.

    You have 4 more years till the first big decision year is upon you with respect to Social Security. After I analyzed all my options I chose to stay retired and become Mr. home fix it up and Dad's Taxi for my son. I am glad I did because I am so comfortable with my family life and charitable giving of my time. I might get a job when my son finishes high school in another 3 years but it will need to be a job that I want to do.

    We got a little snow Monday night/yesterday, but I expect it'll be gone by weekend. Lakes are still iced over, but getting thin. I get anxious this time of year. :eek:

    I was hoping to camp this weekend but now I'm not so sure...its looking kinda rainy. I'm just hoping the storm speeds up and gets here a day sooner because things would look a lot better.
    I get antsy too...after being cooped up all winter who wouldn't! :goingcrazy:

    Our inside joke is that anyone who has a drought can pay us to come camp on their farm and we will bring the rain. I can't even remember having a rainless trip.
