    Heavy fog this morning....weird. I woke up, wandered out to the kitchen, looked out the window and thought the world was coming to an end. :laugh: At first I thought it was smoke!

    :laugh: My website puts a watermark on there automatically if I want it to but I can override that. I figured I didn't want a giant tacky watermark distracting from the photos. Some software does it automatically too - maybe they don't know how to turn it off?

    Interesting. One of the craziest things I ever saw/experienced was nighttime fog in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia when it was 100°F+. It felt like all the outside was a giant sauna. I hadn't thought about that in a very long time. :eek: that was 23 yrs ago.

    Our climate here is weird. Usually the fog is worst in the spring and fall when we have really wild temperature swings. It is so thick that you literally can't see more than a few feet - and the rivers that are the source of the moisture are miles away! We get a random fog bank in the summer and winter too. And in the winter you can drive 10 miles across the valley and go from 1" of snow to 12" of snow in a single storm.
