    Happy birthday guys!


    Took a ride to Princeton this morning to visit a jobsite and do some hands on teaching with my assistant.

    Bosses came to me this morning and have a plan of action to stop me from going crazy. Expanding my departments space by double in the warehouse so we aren't tripping over each other, I'm gaining full control of my warehouse guys (used to be slit between me and our warehouse manager), and we are starting to interview new people to assemble the doors at 3pm today.

    Pretty stoked. Went from worst week ever to hopefully making some progress.

    Yep....extreme highs and lows. I threw my phone at the ground yesterday and when it didn't explode I picked it up and threw it harder. Guy who got me stressed out has a new hole in his door I saw today. We are both good guys and all working for a common goal but we are both overworked and stressed....and stubborn so we get into it a little bit. In the end we both talk it out and know each other is doing their best.
