    Well it took me about three hours out of my day today but I got in $257K today.
    Still have two more parts of the order to place for another 61K which will happen hopefully tomorrow.
    Literally the most difficult transaction I have done in my 15 year career with the company.:mad:

    I'm just glad it's almost over and I can move on to other things:eek:
    This has taken up 90% of this past week.

    It was for a 288 unit student housing complex. All the appliances. This was about 2/3 of the project, the first 4 of 7 deliveries. There's an additional $170K to be placed later in August fir the balance.

    I started working on it in February. :rolleyes:
