    Hi folks, I'm all moved into the new place, got TV and internet but the place is still a bit of a mess. Huge stress relief when I finally closed on my old place and bought the new place without a mortgage. October will be the first month since 1976 that I won't make a mortgage payment.:D My house history is very strange. Started in 1976 with a small place, moved to a larger place in 1984, moved back to a smaller place in 1986, moved to a brand new custom built place in 1989, moved to CT in 2001 to a similar place, and finally yesterday moved back to a small place. :eek:
