    My teams can write appliance orders but in most cases what I do is more B to B transactions. I have a team at our home office I work with for that. I can customize pricing and put contracts in place that lock pricing for 6 months.

    Yup -getting better. She's running me around with chores so that's a good sign I suppose. :rolleyes:

    We did increase the 21 inch counter on the right side of the door to 24". Seemed like a no brainer to us. The previous floor plan had a 6" message center on the opposite side of that line of cabinets and refrigerator. Had to delete that due to cost.
