    there's atm's on there now and they're a little worn but getting really squirrely in the snow. I think I'll go with something else. I liked the ones I had on my truck - they were the Big O brand all terrains. Those were good tires, lasted longer than anything else I"ve put on my vehicles.

    Mutual acceptance at 350k right now. Inspection is Monday, and we will renegotiate after that. Hoping to pull it down to 340 at a max. I have VA funding fees I have to add tot he top of my loan.

    It isn't. Shit goes fast here. This one already had an offer fall through due to inspection stuff. Couldn't agree on price and who was going to fix what. Stingy ass Asians. They don't like to haggle when it's their stuff, but when its yours, its fair game.

    These were what I have on Toy. They handle well and I got about 40k miles on them now. They'll get my parents through the summer for sure. This is the third winter they've been on the truck and you can tell they're slipping a little now but there's still enough tread left for most summer driving.

    yeah...i clean my desk and keyboard, mouse, etc daily with clorox wipes. wash my hands a lot. must be doing something right as i haven't fallen prey to the bugs yet *knocks on wood*

    Thanks all. I believe my new co-worker "spread the wealth" to me. Heading in tonight, but I'm going to have to go to the walk in clinic Saturday morning. I usually feel better after 2 or 3 days, this thing has been hanging on for over a week. I'm starting to transition to first shift next week, working something like 11 AM until 7:30 PM for a week or 2, then full time first shift. That will be nice.
