    I love our avalanche guys. they put out a year end summary of hte avalanche season every spring and they have all sorts of stats about the avalanche activity. they also throw in random, funny stats like who locked themselves out of the office and how many times, how many faceplants occurred while skiing/snowshoeing to check out the snowpack, who wrecked their snowmobile the most. at least they try to have some fun in their jobs

    :annoyed: Runner gots a bent wheel! I didn't hit anything so it must have been that way since I got the rig. Been trying to figure out why I've got vibes at 55+ and finally broke down and got new tires last night thinking that would help as the old ones were wearing funny. Well the new tires shook just as bad and so I went back to the shop thinking they just didn't get them balanced. Thats when they found that one of the wheels is bent. Gotta find a new OEM wheel soon before my brand new tires start getting funny wear

    Did the dealer you bought Runner from certify him? If so, go back to them and see if they'll replace it for you. A month or so after Randy (my fishing/hunting/carpool friend) bought his replacement Hyundai Sonata from a local Ford dealer, he took it to the Hyundai dealer to have all the fluids serviced. The Hyundai guys found a bent front control arm. The vehicle had incurred some kind of minor accident to the front end. As they sold it certified used, the Ford dealer ate the costs of parts and repairs to make it right. Their mechanic should have caught the damage when they certified it. Worth asking the question ...

    You need to find a yard boy. That's the kind of work I did from 12 yrs old until 16 yrs old when I got a regular after school job. Doesn't seem like young people do that much any more. :( I know what you mean, I'm not a climber either. :eek:

    Good point, but at least get an estimate from an outfit that does that kind of work. Little "cost versus risk analysis." ;)

    Yeah, I know... not getting younger :anonymous: think that ^ every time I look up at the trees. When I had the pine trees taken down, the company said $100 to trim the tree... but I want to be sure they know what they are doing - as in know the proper way to trim branches.... and I want to tell them which branches to take down....
