    Working from home now 2/5 days during the week vs. full time from home from March through May.
    I’d say that’s an improvement.

    fortunately everyone here’s healthy and happy for the most part.

    the most difficult thing I’ve been dealing with is supply chain and logistics issues due to the virus.

    deliveries are up over 500% and our system has been taxed to the limits.

    we’ve completely revamped our order fulfillment model and it’s still not enough to compensate for increased demand.

    overall business at HD is booming but the Pro business has not fully recovered. It’s going to take a bit longer for that to come back.

    This has strained a lot to supply side systems. The ones that can update and adapt will do very well afterwards. HD, Lowe's Amazon will be OK.

    Our struggle has been getting stuff. Gloves are up 300% in cost, when you can get them. Paper towels are hard to find. Even the film we wrap mushrooms with is tight. Not to mention the labor toll. We are down 15-20 people on a shift of 70 each day.


    Good to hear. We are fortunate to have been able to keep working. MAny are not.
