    Well Connor, everything but the possible tranny is easy to fix. Brakes are $100, carrier bearing, is an install, not sure what the part costs and the axle seals are abour $20 bucks. The rest is just labor an an opportunity to learn some wrenching. The tranny, I don't know whhat's wrong with it, but that could be expensive.

    A warranty on brakes is essentially useless. The brakes are a 2 hour job tops. The CArrier bearing is about an hour. You can do it!

    Really? Wow, that seems excessive. Of course, I have never done one, I have done carrier bearings on big trucks, I didn't know that the Tacomas were so involved.
