Is this really what neener means?

A neener can be many things. Mostly used for reffering to someone or something smaller than you. It could also be used as an adjective to describe someone who just did something stupid.

 Dave... I remembered most of the guys...they're the ususal garage crew :D

Not much... I should be looking for the oil I need

So, a bum for longer, huh? How's the knee doing?

Take her out on a schedule (and on a leash so you can see if she goes) and give a command "go potty" or whatever you want it to be. Make a big deal out of it when she does what you want her to (like she'd just won the kennel club best in show). If she doesn't go, then take her back inside and kennel her for 10 minutes and repeat until she goes.

Or keep her on a leash attached to your leg and learn her signal when she has to go. Nothing says she has to be free in your house  All my dogs spent alot of time on a leash until they were house broken. Kid gates work as well to keep her where you are.

Was she in a foster home or kennel before you got her? Is she just peeing or are there poops as well? If she's just peeing, she could have a bladder infection

That's what we are doing, just wanted another opinion. She was fostered before and they said they never had a problem. Yesterday she pooped (thank goodness not on the carpet) tonight she peed (on the carpet I just cleaned Saturday). I guess we will just keep doing all of that and be patient.

    Thanks alot.

Was she fostered with other dogs/cats? Where are you taking her out to relieve herself? Is it on snow? dirt? gravel?

We had a shepard and he was used to grass. We were temporarily staying at a place that ONLY was gravel. He refused to go on it... he would pee behind the chair. He did that about twice before I beat his butt (long time ago before I knew better :()

On Annie's first trip to AZ, she would only pee like once a day on the trip out there because she HAD to have grass and there wasn't much. At Chris's house, there was a two inch wide strip of weeds and that's the only place she peed. She did not like dirt.
