    Grab you wrist with your good arm and slowly rotate it to above your head. Going back in feels almost as good as actually dislocating it.

    I have dislocated my shoulder more times than I care to remember and not one of those times did I visit the hospital. As Ben said though, you may have had it breach the point of dislocation, but it corrected itself. With this being said. Give it at least two weeks of minimal work if possible. And once you can start to move it good, start working out your rotator cuff muscles or you may end up with a very uncontrollable shoulder like I had.

    there was no large pop or shooting pain so i guess it wasn't. I'll get an x-ray tomorrow and figure out what going on.

    True, but it becomes more of a PITA than a goo thing. It would just pop out about 2-3 times a week. I couldn't throw anything with out it happening and then it started popping and cracking everytime I moved it. So $63,000 worth of surgery later and it feels great.

    Keep in mind an x-ray won't show if there was any tissue damage. I had an anterior labrel tear. x-rays all came back ok, but the MRI and CT scans showed otherwise.

    This thing is learning new ways of attacking by the hour! I have found, By letting her attck at will.....She tires out within 20 mins......and sleeps. Thus giving me about 1 hour of peace.
