    Its an architectural design position, for a regional store chain... sort of like wal-mart.... I would be in charge of designing new stores, interiors, also new commercial developments, they usually add a small commercial plaza to the stores....

    I would be answering to a immediate chief, which is the planning director, and up to 3 position, its semi-executive, sort of speak...

    they are still interviewing other candidates... so I guess this week I'll see how it goes....

    My wife used to do those tests all the time on me when she was still on school, she is a psychologist, I think the purpose is to find out what kind of person you are, how intelligent, personality, interests, motivations, etc etc...
