    well everytime except for this last meet i have lead a group, so not too many out there....

    i've done all of the trails in URE, except for one. so 14 miles of trails, repeatedly...except for one that i've only done once since the alt died on me last time. also not saying that they are all MOAB or KOH, but harder than dirt roads
