    Who is the vendor?

    Only pay the charges for the one phone even if you have to do it for two months, When you receive the credit the bill will balance out. Believe me the carrier will not issue you a check if you pay the total bill for two months. Call the business office and tell them that is what you will be doing. Get the Business Ofice rep's name and document the date and time you called.

    PM me the results of the conversation with the business office.

    FYI I handle close to 1900 phone bills a month for my company.

    All of the vendors suck at billing.
