    well thats the thing, he told me how much he owed for materials and how much he had in the bank and it was no where near what the bill was. and he's still spending money like crazy on shit, absolute shit that he doesnt need. and he has probably only worked 40 hrs a month for the last 3 months. so i know he's not making money from his own time. we are working for a friend of his right now so he's making no profit off of us being there.

    he's screwed up my last two paychecks. he didnt pay me for working canada day ( "forgot to add it to my check") . then last week he missed a few hours and didnt pay out my banked hours.

    just seems like shit is starting to go down hill and i am stuck working it in right now
