me and my laborer had to shorten the height of the framed walls at a job so we cut them with the skill saw and were waiting for my boss to come back with sawzall blades. he came back and asked why we were standing there. i told him clearly "we cut what we could with the skill saw and are waiting for you to bring the sawzall blades to finish the cuts"

he responded with "you guys cut it all and are already done?!"

i said "no" and he proceeded to call me a liar

so i snapped

 

well, if you'd cut them the right size to start with

so far i have re done everything on that job becuase of his retarded ideas and fuck ups

 

man, sounds like he's really turned into a dirt bag....

 

i could handle his mistakes before but now its starting to get annoying. and i'm kinda doubting myself now since i seem to be running everything. i feel like i need more direction and he cant provide that
