Well I bought a quad a while back and I am trying to sell it now due to the fact of school starting, parents, and tuition. I have a bill of sale from the owner. He said he would send me the release of lien once he paid it off and received it from yamaha.

I have his cell phone and address, but he will not return my calls. I was trying to see if maybe there is a house phone number.

Someone wants to buy it but they want some kind of proof.

I contacted yamaha, yamaha's bank, my bank, and so on and so on to see about if it is paid off now... but no one has that info and to top it off GA will not title ATV's or Quads.

So I am at a loss of what to do. I did reverse look up of his address but can't find nothing

    Any ideas?

I ran the vin and nothing came back stolen. I even called the original dealer, but they told me that they can't see if the lien was paid off because they don't have that kind of information. Maybe they are holding out.

    Good idea.
