    lol so much for a build thread.

    anyways mcafee and norton are about the same everyone says they blow cause they are resource hogs, but when it acually comes down to it, they do a low level scan that other virus protection does not do.

    I myself as well as most of the population use avg free

    yeah, they also (two years ago) had trend micro as #1 and that program sucks rotten eggs!!!!!!!!!! It was horrible. I had more problems with my computer than I had ever had!!!

    trend micro is actually one of the best, very powerful scanner, if your comp is fucked with viruses and you run a powerful scanner, then your most likely going to fuck your computer worse, you have important system files that are infected once you clean them they usually dont work properly. I use trend micros online scan all the time to fix the nasties of the nasties

    No viruses... it just slowed it WWWWAAAAAYYYY down and locked it up constantly. Switched to can't remember which one I have on their now, but NONE of those problems.
