    That lawn was easy. A whole bunch of sod and yearly fertilizer treatments. We had a thistle problem for a while, spent a lot of time spot treating. He's aerating and overseeding this year.

    He is. He's a perfectionist though and is never satisfied. That house is one of his dreams. He always wanted to have a house built, always wanted to live on a golf course, always wanted a nice basement with a pool table, did them all at the same place. 35 years in trucking, he deserves it. Mom deserves it just for putting up with Dad.
