yes i have had the 2 front diff seals replaced 2 months ago and then the pass side started leaking a month ago......
i thought it was just that but then i powerwashed it today and noticed something so i took the skid off and cleaned it all nice and then drove home and wow its splatered over everything......im going to clean it up tomm morning and see if i can pin point where its leaking from.......
if all else fails i will put my dirt bike helmet on and drive this m.f. straight into a tree

One of my life goals is to do a similar trip. I too have to find the opportunity to just get away from everything.

what did i not hit a r.c........
but i have skids or a skid for anything up front i didnt see like anything cracked but it was getting late

What were you caught on? It looked almost like the bull bar.

 

it was my tow hook it was bent down from a previous wheeling incident and it took some hits that day as well and when i can off that log i landed right on the hook and it stuck into the log......there is a pic here where it took out like a 2" deep slice right through the log.....

 

Damn. That makes more sense. I was surprised that the bull bar could handle that but now I know it's the hook.

 

my bull bar is no longer on the truck....it was made from tin...i swear...
it took a beating this weekend.....
