shit i call my boss a fuck head all the time. he just hits me and threatens to throw me out

but that's the best to do just smile and kill them with kindness, remember your the one taking his money at the end of the week.

its better to be a pushed over by your boss then sucking dick out back to make your truck payment (or just for fun, in burgs case)

 

No worries Boyd. I got an email from him last night that said, "just stay compliant". He usually leaves me alone, but we all take turns being under his scrutiny. I am pretty much free to run the company as I see fit as long as we take care of the customers and don't violate the regs. I try to fly under the radar and only draw attention to with positive things.

I love working here, but he is a prick sometimes. He changes the rules and our procedures without consulting anyone who is affected or might know more about the issue than him. He is aloso impossible to talk to, he doesn't listen well and is likely the most stubborn person I have met. Getting a compliment out of him is next to impossible, probably the highest one (aside from a raise) was an email that said "good job". All lower case. I almost framed it.
