I'd rather it be too cold to do something than too hot. With the cold you could add layers, with the heat you are more limited but then again I'm in FL.

 

I hate being cold, especially my hands and with a wiring job, no gloves for most of it.

I gotta find some decent rocker switches.

 

thats another thing that happened to me today that little crack in my windshield on the pass side.....well
my window was frozen this morning and im sitting in truck with defroster on drive get to red light and in front of my eyes the crack just startes to grow at first slowly then shazam all the way across....f.m.

 

I don't think my neighbors or customers would like that too much. Couldn't you head up to the mountains? What is that an hour drive?

but in the heat and humidity you would sweat your ass off so much more.

no way cant invole any kinda insurance over here....long story
but i have a guy that will come here and put a new one in while i wait for $125 or 150 idk yet i will see might just leave it.....
as you can see it took a turn down before coming to my side

 

well it is quite easy when you have a shop with all the proper tools and air guns, and dont forget the 20 ton press

See having that option is awesome. I don't even know where the closest snow is and I doubt it would be much at that. I know north GA gets some snow and that's about 7 hrs from me. I'm not complaining(ok yes I am) I'm just saying consider yourself fortunate.

thats why i love where i live most of the time....
i go 3 blocks and im on the bay go 6 blocks and im at the beach on the ocean
2 hours to montauk
2 hours to hunter mtn
4 hours to vt
5 hours to white mts in new hampshire
oh and there is always the shithole they call manhattan
