    It's a technique we use during highrisk stops...we had a Deputy that got one of us cuffed in less than a second. We had a stop watch.

    I'll have to check the forcast. Spent the day in Mass, visiting my mother and sister. Brought sis to 5 Guys for lunch. My mother was doing better today than last time I went, but not home yet. She has an appt. this Tuesday to see if she can go home soon. They need to make sure the pnuemonia is cleared up. They also are going to see if she can have another round of chemo. I'm not really sure that's a good idea, she didn't went downhill fast after the last round. Thanks for asking.
