    There is no direct ferry , you have to go from Tsawassen ( Vancouver ) to Swartz Bay ( Vancouver Island ) then drive up Vancouver Island to Comox ( 3 1/2 hours ) and take a boat from Comox to Powell River

    About $60 for car and driver for each boat , one way .

    I'm not in Tsawassen , you'd have to take another ferry to get to the island I live on .
