    looks to mee is the paint is failed and the metal is rusting making you think the weld is cracked. do a liquid penetrant test or a mag partical test. and upon further inspection looks like they left a bunch of splatter balls around it also . some people dont take pride in their work :D

    1st pick a time and place
    2nd change time to accommodate someone's schedule
    3rd change the place
    4th freak out because 1/2 of the people drop out a day before including the person who made you change the date in the first place
    5th pack beer in cooler
    6th show up and pray that youre not the only one there because there is no cell phone coverage and you have no way to contact everyone

    EDIT...I forgot steps 4.1 and 5.1...leave angry rambling posts on TW and piss everyone off.
